Stephen Ferrara joined Midland Appraisal Associates, Inc. as a partner on July 1, 2017 following the firm’s merger with Pogel, Schubmehl and Ferrara LLC where Steve served as a partner for 25 years. He has over 30 years of experience appraising real estate in the Greater Rochester area for lending institutions, specializing in appraisal work for tax assessment, employee relocations, and estate/matrimonial settlements. Steve also has extensive experience in appraisal assignments involving litigation.
