David joined the predecessor firm as an associate appraiser in 1968 and became a founding partner in 1975. He specializes in real estate counseling, investment analysis, appraisal and feasibility studies with extensive experience in the valuation of large industrial properties, apartments, shopping malls, hotels/motels, skilled nursing facilities and ski areas. The scope of services includes tax appeal litigation with expert testimony, investment analysis, financing and market studies. He has provided appraisal services in over 30 states and is available for local, regional and national assignments.
As of 2020, Dave has effectively retired from authoring appraisal reports and currently works with partners and staff appraisers in a review and consulting capacity primarily with unique and challenging property types and for litigation assistance.
