James joined the firm as a partner in 2004 and is the managing partner of the residential division. He has over twenty years of real estate appraisal experience in the Greater Rochester area and the Finger Lakes Region of New York State with extensive knowledge in the valuation of complex residential properties. He has provided appraisal services to regional and national lenders, attorneys, municipalities, corporations, investors, and private individuals. He is available to provide testimony as an expert witness for litigation proceedings involving residential properties.
