David was employed by the firm as an associate appraiser from 1987 through 1991 and returned in 2002 as a partner. He has over 35 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience within Upstate New York, specializing in the valuation of industrial, office, retail and apartment properties for financial institutions, municipalities and developers. He also has extensive experience in zoning proceedings.
