Jay joined the firm in 1987 as an associate appraiser and became a partner in 1998. He served as managing partner in 2002 through 2014 and again from 2021 and continues services as senior appraiser and analyst. He has extensive regional experience in providing real estate appraisals and counseling, investment analysis and related services. Since 1985, assignments have been completed for financing, tax appeal, condemnation, and other real estate decision-making for industrial, apartment, office, retail and complex residential properties, including testimony for litigation proceedings as a qualified expert witness. Additional experience includes going concern analysis relative to golf course/country clubs, marinas and other full-asset valuations. Available for local and regional appraisal assignments.
